Print quality is very good even at draft quality settings. At high quality, the print is perfect for resumes. Print speed is execellent for a home printer. Photo quality is also good. Resolution is clear and colors are pretty accurate. I do not plan on using this much as a photo printer given the high cost of consummables and the abundance of inexpensive online photo printshops.

The negatives are as mentioned before, the consummables are expensive: the color inkwell is a single tri-color instead of individual ink wells. Also, the inkwells do not last long and there is not much of a market for cheap suppliers. The printer is rather large and flimsy. There is no USB cable included which is a really poor marketing decision on Canon's part. There's no output tray. I have a narrow leadge for my printer on my computer hutch so I must stand there and catch my printouts.

This little printer is oddly the best printer I've ever had. Mainly because it's still working, it never fails to print. I've been using it steadily for three years and have yet to have a single issue with it. I'm no longer terrified about printing close to a deadline, or feeding the paper by hand, or jams. It just prints. And perfectly.

This photo printer came included as part of a computer package I bought from Best Buy. There is no USB cable included (as stated on the box), and since I didn't have neither the space for a printer or an extra cable laying around, I hadn't hooked up my printer. Curiousity got the best of me, and I went out an bought some 4x6 glossy photo paper and a USB cable ($8.97) from Wal-Mart.

It took me literally 5 minutes to get the printer set up. After inserting the software, and getting it installed on my computer, I was ready to go another 5 minutes later. I took two quick pictures, and attempted printing them out. It took me a minute to figure out how to insert the paper, but one I figured it out, the pictures printed quick and brilliant. I *did* notice where there were large areas of brown it looked a tad washed out, but it was minor. The pictures were very clear and colorful.

I have yet to try to print a text document with this printer, but I don't really have too much of a need for that. What I wanted was a photo printer to quickly print out my 4x6s, and that's what I got! Even though this printer came with my computer, seeing what it does, I would easily shell out the $50 for it!

The only reason I docked a star was for the black/brown color quality. It wasn't that big of a deal to me, but it might mean a lot to some people. Then again, some people might not even notice!

This is really a great product. I had never heaqrd of Velboa but bought it based on the reviews on this site. It was definitely a good buy. It is soft, even after several washing. I havent found pilling either inside or out. In the summer I put the baby to sleep in it in just a long sleeve cotton onesie. Once it statrted getting colder, she sleeps in her footed pajamas. The sleep sack keeps her warm but not overheated.

My friend had several of the fleece sacks for her son (3 months older than my son) and I always felt they were VERY scratchy both inside and out and did not seem to wear very well through multiple washings. We borrowed one for a nap at her house and my son woke up sweaty wet because the fleece was just not breathable enough. Since he was just transitioning from being swaddled to needing a sack, I bought the velboa one instead and I feel it has been much better, but it still has some flaws.

Pros:
-Seems to be more breathable than fleece
-outside is still super soft after many months of washing/wearing
-doesn't seem as cheap

Cons:
-inside is pilled up just like the fleece one (reason for 3 stars out of 5)

I wish that Halo Innovations would come out with some other fabric options (cotton sweater knit, quilted flannel, nicer fleece) and better color choices because they have a good product, it's just not GREAT!

I bought this before Xmas for $9.94. For this price, I "knew" I was playing a game of chance, but when I received the tripod I couldn't believe how good it was. I put 5 stars because a rating must be related to the cost/benefit ratio.

Another reviewer here describes the tripod very well, so I'm just writing mine to confirm that this is an excellent tripod, it has not manufacture flaws (like loosen screws or so) and tell you that you shouldn't mistrust because of the low price.

It's both :) I purchased the Kindle Fire Leather case by Blurex shortly after getting the Kindle. For the price - it's a most excellent product.

Usability:
It has a sturdy feel to it and holds the device securely. It folds open like a daily planner and allows for the cover to be folded onto itself - which is nice. The other option is to hold it like a tent for watching movies or reading. Although the photos don't show it - the case also allows me to stand the fire upright which saves space on my nightstand table.

Construction:
I'm not sure if it's made from leather but it feels like it. The latch is great since I don't want Velcro or snaps. The latch holds tight which is important to me since I toss everything in my bicycle bag since I ride to work.
The liner is made from a microfiber mesh or suede - it's soft. The grips/fingers hold the fire in the case - they are sturdy and do the job. The device slides into the grips.

Am I happy with my purchase?
Yes! Keep in mind the Amazon Fire was $200. I didn't want to spend an outrageous amount of money on a case.

Even more impressive than the engineering and design of this case was the surprisingly impressive price that it was being sold for. $4.99! Although, I noticed that as of today (12/8), it's up to $9.99. Still a bargain.

Originally, I sampled the Blurex case on my friend's Blurex Playbook version of this same case. It was amazing. It held the Kindle Fire snuggly, did not interfere with the front bezel or obstruct any surface functionalty, AND was wonderfully low profile. QUALITY made...it just didn't fit the Fire perfectly, because it was designed for the Blackberry Playbook (which made it .5" wider).

When I contacted Blurex, I was thrilled to hear that they were released a limited run of this case specifically for the Kindle Fire. I checked daily until I finally saw the listing and jumped on the purchase immediately. It came in today and it's awesome. Perfect fit, perfect feel. Unlike the Playbook version, the Blurex name is not embossed into the front cover corner. To some, that may be a plus.

The landscape tilt hold feature works great without flaw. The cover clasp is solid and has a positive locking closure to the Fire. The internal lining is microfelt and protects well.

I find it very difficult to find anything that I can negatively say about this product.

What more can you ask for in a case? The case is listed as Amazon Prime so I figured I would receive it in 2-days, but it arrived the next day! The Kindle Fire simply slides in against a soft micro-fiber-suede lining and the fit is perfect. The leather on the outside is textured for a nice grip, but not overly so, just right. The leather smells like leather, as it should and it looks and feels nice. I have used the stand multiple times on my desk and on my lap and the two viewing angles both work perfectly, and the support/stability is great. When I purchased the Kindle Fire I did what most of you are doing now and searched Amazon for a case that would enhance my experience by offering stand-viewing capabilities and good protection. This case does all of that and at ten bucks including shipping, this is an amazing deal! Hope this helps someone out there! Oh and by the way I am typing this review with the case in hand and it feels great. Happy Holidays All :)

One day a friend was selling it for 5 bucks, so I figured why not. I didn't have very high expectations for this speaker as my usual "portable speaker" (and I use that term loosely) is a Philips Fidelio DS3000, which is much larger in in a whole different price range. The volcano can go very loud, but the overall sound is muddy to me. It sounds tinny and the bass is muddled, combine that with mono audio and the soundstage becomes very confused. The speaker vibrates not from good, realistic, thumping bass, but rather from bloated bass shaking the light frame of the speaker. Then again this speaker is not targeted towards audiophiles, but regular people with less discerning ears. For 5 bucks I really can't complain much since there's not many speakers you can pick up for that price, but at the list price of $19.99, it's a waste of money.

I just got this thing and it is better than I expected. For starters mine came fully charged which I love so that already puts me in a good mood. Second its so tiny its ridiculous. But the best part (third) is that its so loud! Especially if you expand the bass thin; the base expansion thing i believe its called. When you expand it the songs get even louder and if the song has a lot of bass it even causes the speaker to shake and move a little. I played a song with a lot of bass on my table and it nearly fell off. It's really great, I have tried it outside while doing things and it was crystal clear.

It is a nice attachment for the iphone when you are listening to pandora or even as an extra speaker for my laptop which has horrible sound most of the time. I really like that you can attach more than one speaker up to each other. That makes it really nice.

This unit looks and works great. Installation was easy and the performance has been great. Has all the adjustments that I was looking for plus the weather channels. I didn't really want the weather channels at the time of purchase, but I'm glad I have them now.

The cosmetics are great -- chrome dials, silver face, green back-lighting, analog signal meter.

The unit is not a compact unit, but I was able to fit it under the radio in my '96 Ford Ranger without too much trouble. The 9' microphone cord seemed really long to me when I saw that on the spec sheet, but it is actually about perfect.

There are a couple of downsides: The Dynamic Squelch Control is completely useless. As far as I can tell, it just automatically sets the squelch to a higher-than-appropriate level. With DSC on, you miss all low-powered transmissions and some high-powered ones. DSC works great if you're only interested in a ~300' radius. I never turn mine on.

The other downside is that it's nearly impossible to determine the knob positions by sight. That is, you can't easily look down and see that the volume is at 1/2 and squelch is at 1/8, e.g.

Neither of these downsides are that big of a deal, though.

BTW, I use the RF Gain control much more than squelch to fine tune my reception. Don't buy a CB radio without RF Gain.

This thing has great clarity, both transmitting and receiving. However, make sure not to skimp on your antenna.

This is a really nice CB radio. I love the Dynamic Squelch Control, the RF Gain control and the Mic Gain control. I had enough room to install this under the dash in a new 2006 Chevy Impala. I run this CB with a K30 antenna. That antenna is OK, but I would recommend a bigger antenna such as the Wilson 500 or 1000. The lighted display looks nice at night and I also like the weather channels.
Cons: You are unable to see where any of your knobs are set at.

Here is a case of "If it ain't broke, mess with it!" The FIRST generation of the Insignia pocket HD radio (NS-HD01) is a far, far better and easier to use radio than this newer "improved" model. The touch screen on the NS-HD02 simply is not reliable and didn't work correctly for me most of the time. Changing stations is a bit of a nightmare and I NEVER use most of the radio's silly, un-needed features like the time delay re-listen thingy it has to let you go back and listen to a song you just heard. A complete cockup and I can see how it killed the model altogether and Best Buy stopping carrying it. Too bad because the first generation of this radio is great and I have 3 of them.

After reading the other reviews here I had low expectations, but bought one anyway. Those reviews were overly critical in my opinion. I was very happy with my purchase. It took me 30 minutes to figure it out, but it's really easy to use. The time-out lock timer is only three seconds out of the box so you'll need to adjust that (easy). I also didn't realize the menu works like an iPhone; you can slide it back and forth by dragging your finger across the screen. I live in the city and have had excellent reception and I work in an office building with a lot of potential interference. None of the stations here are including the album cover art with their broadcast yet, though you can usually get the artist and title. I like having all the extra stations and the sound quality is great. I got about one day out of the battery listening to it off and on while at work. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is curious about HD radio.

I took a chance on buying one of the "used" products that was listed for $16.39. In the back of my head I was hoping that it was just an opened box item that they couldn't sell as new and I was right! The box was kind of beat and opened and had a UPS sticker on it, but inside was a brand new/sealed K&N filter. I ordered this filter and the K&N cleaner kit for another $10+ to get the free shipping and like ordering from Amazon Fulfillment, anything over $25 gets free shipping. I live about 150 miles from the closest fulfillment center so shipping varies from next day to 3 days. I got this in 2 days. So far I've had nothing but excellent luck when buying "Used - Like New" from Amazon. They've either been "new" or I couldn't tell if it's been used and I'm perfectly fine with this.

This K&N filter fits nicely in the stock C50T airbox. At first it seem like it was too larger as the chrome cover didn't quite fit back on once the filter was in place; However, I decided to try and put the screws back in the tighten down the cover and everything snapped into place. Perfect fit.

As others have stated, this protrudes from the back of the computer about half an inch and adds a little weight to the laptop. It's nothing significant though, my backpack's laptop slot takes up to a 16" laptop and even with this battery in it fits without an issue and the battery life it provides far outweighs the consequences of weight and size.

I left my laptop plugged in 24/7 for almost 2 years therefore ruining the original battery and leaving me with about 30 minutes of usable battery life. I did not want to spend $170 on the extended battery from Dell (current price may be lower, but at the time that's what it cost) so I set out looking for a less expensive option. Most batteries in this price range turn out to be total junk as they are made of inferior quality cells to the factory battery so I waited about 8 months before writing my review. The brand printed on the battery was "AGPTek" which I am unfamiliar with but has so far given me no troubles at all. The battery meter in Windows 7 has a hard time accurately predicting remaining battery life but Battery Bar (very accurate) puts its life right about 3 hours and 30 minutes with my typical use of 60% screen brightness, up to 50% CPU usage, and mostly internet browsing with music and typing Word documents. It may not sound like much, but I'm getting 3-4 hours of actual use--not standby time or battery life with everything turned off and barely doing anything--this is 3-4 hours of true use including running the transceiver for my Logitech MX505 wireless mouse. The Dell battery utility doesn't report any issues with it and seems to do a good job estimating the remaining time to charge (discharge is usually the same as what Windows reports). It takes a good 1-1.5 hours to charge while you're still using the computer, so it definitely holds a good charge. After 8 months of daily use, Battery Bar reports it as being at 2.3% wear. If you're looking to minimize your trips to the plug without forking over an arm and a leg for a Dell battery then this is the battery for you.

If you use the computer while charging and charge time is important to you, look into getting a 90 Watt power adapter for your computer if it came with the standard 65 Watt adapter. Some people think that will damage the computer but that is not the case. It does not force extra power into the computer, it merely allows the computer to draw more power so it can run itself and charge at the same time. I leave my 65W at home and pack my 90W with me and it has never had an issue.

I'm typically done with my computer for the day or near an outlet long before the battery is even to half capacity, for $30 this is a good investment!

Battery is a huge step up from the factory 6-cell. Our old battery would usually conk out in about an hour. This one can go a solid 4 hours without any problems, and does not overheat. Good investment compared to paying 3 times as much for the Dell 9-cell.

I listen to a lot of "New Grass" with guitar and banjo. Now I don't know if I got a bad unit but there is a band of frequencies centered around 3kz that is so peaky that I have to turn the volume down to keep from being blasted by it. The result is that I have to music at a lower level than I want just to keep from having pins stuck in my ears when certain notes are played. The MP3 equalizer settings don't help.

Guess I was expecting a lot more that what I got. The music image is very flat and dull sounding. Instruments don't separate well.

I'm comparing the sound from these with a set of Sony MDR-W20s that I've had for almost twenty years! There's no comparison. The W20S blow these away in every respect. Deeper bass. Crisper highs. Balanced midrange.

The only good thing I can say about these is that they're LOUD. They produce a lot of volume per milliwatt. That makes them good with the tiny little MP3 players. If you're just looking for a boombox equivalent for the Gym they might fill the bill.

The folding arrangement is clever but the complexity of the moves needed to get them ready to use is sufficient that most people will never put them back in their case once they get them unfolded.

I'm giving mine away - they're worthless to me. Really glad I got them on sale for $10.

These little headphones are pretty incredible. I purchased these for $60 in 2006.

Now, the bass and the lows are incredible, and influenced my decision to purchase these when trying a friends pair. The mids and the highs... well they could be better but they are decent all things considered. As a huge electronic music fan, this was absolutely what I was looking for.

Being supra-aural they don't block out too much outside noise. This could be an issue for some, you do have to turn up the volume some in some noisier environments, but it's also good that you can turn them down low and still hear what's going on, like if you're waiting to hear your train coming in (I always bring this pair with me when I ride the train).

Now, the fold up nature of these is awesome. Some people don't like it? I guess they weren't purchasing it for their compactness. But this was a big selling point for me, being able to fold them up and put them in a pocket. The folding mechanism takes some practice, but with use you can fold them up in about 2 seconds if you use both hands.

Also, no one has mentioned one of the best features of these headphones in my opinion. The extremely short 3.9 foot cord. This truly makes these portable headphones. The cord can comfortably reach from a jeans pocket with about 6 inches of hang. You can also slip it in a cargo pocket quite easily with a few inches of hang. This means there is little room for the cord to get tangled on stuff, and you don't have to untangle it when you bring it out of your pocket.

The included hard carrying case makes them fit nicely, and has an area to wrap the cord around. It's a nice touch to include this travel carry case.

One negative is the springy nature of the headband does have them press against your head a bit tight, this makes for a secure fit and they won't fall off easily, but it also will cause some ear pain after about 3 hours of continuous use. A slight re-adjustment is recommended every hour or so to help lessen this effect. It's not a big enough of a con for me to not recommend them though.

Overall this is a great PORTABLE pair of headphones, and the bass heavy nature will satisfy electronic music fans and hip hop fans in a big way. I do listen to some rock music and they sound pretty great with rock too.

I tried these out for a couple of days. I am a professional musician and I am very picky when it comes to sound detail.

Overall, these headphones have a good sound. Clear and well-rounded. However, when I put on the Sennheiser PX200's, I felt like I could hear more detail in the music. The Sennheiser's are a bit more trebly and maybe a bit harsh at first, but I prefer them already to the Sony's. The Sony's felt a little more bland and I didn't feel quite as present with the music.

I also don't like the fact that these headphones seem to want to fold up on themselves. The headband is too spring-loaded. I prefer the Sennheiser in this regard.
